FAQs

Yes! Please just make sure each guest fills out their own RSVP form.

Can I Bring Guests?

While this is very much dependent on the total number of guests in attendance, we are anticipating a cost of $350-$400 per person (not including flights). This includes the venue fee, transportation to and from the airport, food, and supplies for the DMs to run their sessions. As soon as we have a final headcount, we will send everyone a more accurate number.

Note: we will not be buying bulk alcohol for the house, but you are welcome to bring your own!

How Much Will The Trip Cost?

We will be asking for a $250 deposit from each guest at the time of your RSVP (due January 15, 2027). This is to finalize the venue payment, book rental cars (those driving from PNW: your deposit will just go toward the venue fee and DM supplies), and to give DMs enough time to order any supplies they might need. If you have already contributed at least $250 by this time, you do not need to pay this deposit. The remaining balance will be due before you arrive at the venue. Please see your invitation for more payment information.

When Do I Need To Pay For The Trip?

There are 12 bedrooms, and some guests may need to share a room depending on the total number of guests in attendance. There is a place on the RSVP form where you can mark who you would be comfortable sharing a room with, if necessary. If you are not comfortable with this, please reach out to either Lauren or Alec.

Where Will I Be Sleeping?

5e. You will have at least one session with your DM before the trip to go over any campaign-specific information, including character creation and rules.

What System Will We Be Running?

Yes! The venue is built for entertainment with a sports complex, fitness center, hot tub, sauna, secret rooms, a movie theater, TVs, and countless games. We'll also be preparing optional challenges you can complete to participate in the campaigns as a non-player, if you'd like. Just keep in mind that those who are playing will be occupied for long stretches of time.
